About Wheels Spin

Wheels Spin is a personal vehicle management app developed by Warming Neon Ltd (Companies House: 16891563), a company registered in England and Wales. The app allows users to store vehicle information, track compliance dates, and manage their personal vehicle collection.

Acceptable use

You may use Wheels Spin for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app to store or process data belonging to others without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent any usage limits or entitlement checks within the app
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its features

Vehicle data lookups

Wheels Spin uses third-party APIs to retrieve vehicle information by registration number. These lookups are subject to fair use limits. The app includes a lookup credit system — credits are consumed when vehicle data is fetched from external sources.

Vehicle data returned by these services is provided for informational purposes only. Warming Neon Ltd makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any vehicle data retrieved. Always verify important vehicle information through official channels such as the DVLA.

Lookup credits are non-refundable once consumed, regardless of whether the data returned was satisfactory.

Purchases and payments

Wheels Spin offers in-app purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.

• All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes
• Purchases are final — refunds are handled in accordance with Apple or Google's refund policies
• Lookup credit packs are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing account
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

Compliance reminders

Wheels Spin can send local push notifications to remind you of upcoming MOT and road tax renewal dates. These reminders are a convenience feature only. You are solely responsible for ensuring your vehicle remains legally compliant. Warming Neon Ltd accepts no liability for missed compliance deadlines regardless of whether a notification was sent or received.

Intellectual property

The Wheels Spin app, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Warming Neon Ltd and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal purposes.

Vehicle manufacturer names, logos, and brand identities referenced within the app belong to their respective owners. Wheels Spin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any vehicle manufacturer.

Disclaimer of warranties

Wheels Spin is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Vehicle valuations, where available, are estimates based on third-party data and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice. Always obtain independent advice before making financial decisions based on vehicle valuations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warming Neon Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wheels Spin, including but not limited to loss of data, missed compliance deadlines, or reliance on inaccurate vehicle information.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may update Wheels Spin and these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the app or by updating this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice, though we will endeavour to give reasonable advance notice where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Wheels Spin shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
